2 When you use our e mail contact form we ask you for your name, e mail address and your basic personal contact information.

You will also be asked to identify that the enquiry comes from a human source other than a robotic automated spam spider, by completing a simple numeric question. This is an unfortunate hinderance but necessary in these days of hoaxers and spammers.

3 We use your personal information only to respond to your questions. Thereafter all and any correspondence remains entirely confidential between us.

4 We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for any commercial reasons what so ever.

5 We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of any information which you have given us, specifically to prevent unauthorized access in accordance with data protection legislation.

6 We do not collect any sensitive information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide it.

7 We delete all client e mail correspondence from our system from unanswered or abeyanced enquiries after a period of one month, and all correspondences from closed cases and files.

8 We use a technology called "cookies" as part of a normal business procedure to track patterns of behavior of visitors to our site through our sites statistics. It simply tells us where the enquiry originated from geographically: Australia, Canada, Maldives, Croatia etc, It valso tells us the source of the enquiry, ie Google, Yahoo, MSN etc and the Key wording you may have used to find us: ie  "Picasso  - authentication, - Florida" Or "Fakes, Signatures, Dali" etc. etc. This assists us with the ongoing development of the web site.

  A cookie is an element of data that our Website sends to your browser which is then stored on your system.

You can set your browser to prevent this happening if you wish to.

Any information collected in this way can indeed be used to identify your computer IP address unless you change your browser settings.

9 We do not enter into alternatre non-disclosure agreements with clients unless the client is specifically contracted to us for that advisory. Whereupon non-disclosure is formally is a part of our standardised contractual agreement and our ongoing obligation to them.

It is pointless to duplicate that statutory agreement.
