art, upheld and certified by the appropriate, legally acknowledged
authority on that artist. Attribution:
Identifying and confirming the identity of a previously anonymous
artist, studio or workshop from which a work of art most likely came.
This may possibly be an artist not been previously considered or had been formerly identified. Revision: Re-examining and investigating a previously assigned attribution
which may be incorrect, one that has been formally challenged,
questioned, or is being prosecuted. Confirmation: Conducting multilingual research in the investigation and confirmation provenance, history, lineage and prior ownership of a work of art. Scrutiny: Identifying
possible forgeries and determining those works of art which may be
studio or later copies, previously misrepresented, or wrongful
attributions. Prosecution: Investigating alleged art fraud and forgery and assisting and
advising those who may be considering litigation or prosecution. Attention: Conducting all fine art related due diligence and duty of care enquiries and investigations. Including prepurchase or sale related studies and advising clients in consolidating safe and secure, well balanced future family distribution. |
