 Jacopo Tintoretto (Jacopo Robusti) was the most prolific painter working in Venice in the later part of the sixteenth century. Working skilfully and with great speed, primarily Tintoretto was a painter of religious and mythological scenes and also portraits. Tintoretto executed many portraits of Venetian officials and noblemen in the late sixteenth century such as; the Portrait of a Procurator in Washington and the Portrait of a Bearded Man in Berlin.

 After Titian, Tintoretto is considered to be the most important of all 16th-century Venetian painters. He ran a large atelier, (workshop) in which three of his eight children, Domenico, Marco and Marietta, were employed and Maerten de Vos of Antwerp was a student.

Aside from his family members, Tintoretto’s most important followers include Andrea Vicentino and Antonio Vasilacchi, known as L’Aliense.

 Prosecution:  Investigating alleged art fraud and forgery and assisting and advising those who are , or may be considering litigating or prosecuting the fact. This includes legal professionals and private clients.

 Attention:  Conducting all fine art related due diligence and duty of care inquiries. Including safe prepurchase or sale related audits and assisting clients in consolidating a well balanced future family distribution.
